4. Your puppy will most probably run up to you and stand in front. So this is the prefect time to teach him to sit. Start by caressing his neck and upper body then with one hand apply pressure on his hind to make him sit. While you do this, move the treat to his mouth. Once your dog has obeyed you, pet him and praise him. You want him to remember this experience and start associating it with the “come “command.
